I had my 50th birthday celebration here with 15 others. We had Dave as a server and he was amazing. We did have to pay up front for this but it was so worth it. We had 2 people that had food allergies, and they catered to their needs, as they should. All the food was simply amazing.
The food here is excellent. I've been to many steakhouses in Vegas and this one is one of my absolute favorites. The fries that are complimentary with the meal are phenomenal, and so creative from the typical bread with butter. The steak I had was absolutely wonderful with lots of flavor and cooked perfectly.
This place gets very popular, so I will highly recommend coming here early because it gets so crowded, especially after shows and on game nights. Still, it's absolutely worth it and I look forward to coming back the next time I'm in Vegas.
This steak restaurant in Las Vegas was everything we expected it to be and more! Okay, to be fair, the prices were higher than what the five of us had budgeted, walking out with a $425 bill, $505 with tip. But we knew what we were getting into when we made the reservation.
Our service experience was phenomenal, Rachel took excellent care of us the entire evening, with recommendations, feedback, and even a little hotel and restaurant history.
We started with the bacon appetizer. Four pieces of juicy ecstasy. I'm not an oyster person, so we asked for it without the oyster sauce. It was incredible!
Fur of us shared two $88 Cowboy steaks, my wife had the salmon. The steak was superb, especially with the two side sauces we ordered: Stripsteak Sauce and Horseradish. I tasted the salmon as well (the best I've ever had).
Desserts we ate included the Strawberry Cheesecake (served in an egg-shaped shell accompanied by a small mallet), the Molten Chocolate Cake (my favorite), and my wife had the sherbet.
A $28 20-year port was the perfect bookend to an incredible meal at STRIPSTEAK!
Our friend who is a top chef in Arizona got us the hook up here and they went above and beyond for us. Glen, our waiter was absolutely fantastic and the food was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend trying this place! It did not disappoint!!!!!
'Strip steak' my friend said, as I sat in horror imagining strippers of different age size and gender eating steak while gawkers looked on. I sat there frozen, as a well dressed server approached and very professionally greeted us, took our drink order and came back very quickly. I soon realized this is not what I thought it was.
In reality this is a top notch Las Vegas steakhouse.
Everything from the white tablecloth to the complimentary French fries that are served before your order (nice touch).
The steak was cooked exactly to my liking and the sides were exemplary.
The crunch in the jalapeno creme corn really added texture to something I didn't think could be more delicious.
Asparagus and mac and cheese also did not disappoint.
There are a lot of choices for steak in Las Vegas but this is up there with the best of them.
Stripsteak at Mandalay Bay delivers an exquisite dining experience that's hard to rival. It was recently renovated with a brand new, private dining room that was created. Nestled within restaurant row of Mandalay Bay, Stripsteak offers an upscale atmosphere that effortlessly blends modern aesthetics with classic steakhouse charm. From the moment you enter, you are greeted by attentive staff who exhibit both professionalism and warmth. It’s a very popular restaurant amongst the convention crowd since the convention center and the Michelob light arena is steps away from the restaurant.
The true star, however, is the menu. Each cut of steak is perfectly aged and cooked to perfection, with a delectable outer sear and tender, juicy inside. Their signature truffle butter complements the steak, adding a layer of richness that elevates the entire dish. Beyond steaks, the seafood options are fresh and inventive. They even have sushi on the menu. The sides, ranging from the creamy truffle mac & cheese to the crisp duck fat fries, are not mere afterthoughts but stars in their own right. I love the french fries starter dish that has three different dips. They are also one of the few restaurants that serve beignets for dessert.
Pairing your meal with a selection from their extensive wine list is a must. Each recommendation made by the in-house sommelier seems tailored to enhance your chosen dish.
In conclusion, Stripsteak stands out not just for its impeccable dishes but for the holistic dining experience it offers. A visit here is more than just a meal; it's a culinary journey that leaves you both satisfied and longing for a return visit.
Magic unicorn found! A place where my friend can order a steak and I can get a decent vegan dish. Having resigned myself to a meal of broccolini, the only identified vegan option, the waitress recommended a vegan version of their miso-glazed seabass, in this case tofu with baby bok choy, Honshimeji mushroom ginger dashi. Light and tasty. Be prepared it’s a noisy environment.
Great place to eat in Vegas! Service and food is always top notch. Have had several dishes here over the years and the quality is consistent. Steak with lobster is a good combo. Fries are a solid appetizer. Put Stripsteak on your list especially if you are staying in or near Mandalay.
